I love how slim the case is and how easy it is to find them when lost in my house. I have even found them when I accidentally left them at my son's swim class. I was was very happy they where still there. Some of the best features are the hidden spots on the buds that can do different controls. I found that reviewing YouTube videos on how people use them are great and help get the most out of these buds. I firmly recommend them and say that they are far better than any competitor products. I work for returns for a large online retail site, that everyone uses. I see more returns of the competition brand then Samsung Buds. You cannot go wrong with this product and will enjoy them.

Mostly I enjoy the noise canceling and not having any cords to snag with my arm which usually rips the earphone out pretty hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have insomnia and get little sleep. Wearing the buds I cancel out any outside noise, play a "sleep" station on my music app and sleep peaceful. I easily get 6 hours of sleep now (average before was 4 so I'll take it)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The actual build quality of the buds are great and the hinges are strong, but the texturing of the earbuds scratch easily and peels off easily, leaving nothing but just an ugly case and an ugly pair of earbuds that work great. They have good volume, great surround sound, charge quickly, excellent EQ, and even feature wireless charging. The best way to keep them nice is to make sure that they have a case on. If it doesn't, then you won't enjoy the build quality.

I purchased these as a longer battery option to my airpods. I have an iphone and while they paired easily to it, without the Wear app available for IOS (other buds will work with an IOS Buds app), they are just earbuds. I tried the alterative to pair with my PC, but they would not pair with the machine or the installed Wear PC app. Finally, I was using the bud around the house, I briefly walked outside, and upon getting back to phone, the earbud was full of static. It would not connect correctly until I removed them and reset in the case. I really wished they worked better and could use the Wear app. They were really comfortable.

My biggest issue with them is they make my ears hurt as if the skin in my ears feels raw and itchy. I've tried different tips on them, but they don't seem to help. Everytime i use them, within a day or so my ears start draining and feel raw. I don't know I'd I'm allergic to something in them or if other have the same issue?

The sound quality is insane, and I haven't had them fall out ever. Not to mention the battery life keeps me going through my busy days. I highly reccomend them.

Before these I would use regular Galaxy Buds and I loved those they fit very nicely with great audio. However, these buds have so many more functions, better sound cancelation, and fit AMAZINGLY. When delivered they came with different sized tips and I use the smallest ones. They genuinely fit so well that I forget that I have an earbud in when I don't have anything playing. Also the noise cancelation is top tier, it's as if all surrounding sounds just disappear. I also really appreciate the fuction that turns down music when you talk, very convenient and works very well. I would also like to just say that the sound works great even when listening to something where the audio travels from ear to ear. Finally they're easy to clean, carry around, have a simple design, and great connection range. I would definitely recommend these especially for people with small ears looking for the right fit.

The design is nice and functional, they fit securely into the ear for all day wear and remain comfortable. The battery life is and charging speed is superb. I'm not particularly an audiophile, though, I will note that these do have great sound for all music types. The arrival of Galaxy AI and the ability to use the live translation feature directly into the ear is a milestone of technology; it is truly like something out of Star Trek.
