[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds for mostly listening to music, making phone calls and being on video calls for work. They have great sound and I like all of the neat features, like being able to turn on and off ambient noise easily.

the product's battery life is extremely disappointing. discharges 3x faster than my old buds+. a new product with worse features than an older product is frustrating for the customer. regarding the audio quality, it is high quality with clean and clear sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well my original headphones from Samsung/Akg were the Active buds, those were incredible. I found myself wondering how samsung could possibly one-up themselves so I decided on the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Let me tell you, that ambient sound feature is fantastic. I work construction and with these headphones I can deaden the sound of my power tools while letting voice come through. Now I can have the bassiest of songs playing while talking to the foreman 😊 I can normally go about 3 full 8 hour shift before I have to charge my case and normally the headphones last 3/4 of the day if not the whole day before I have to put them in the case for a few minutes. I have never had a problem with the water or dirt and let me tell you my absolutely favorite feature with these headphones is how the earbud mushroom part that goes in your ear has its own screen, I can disconnect the little rubber tup and wash it and boom headphones AR unclothed and look brand new. These are definitely worth it. P.s so many good features I almost forgot to add the quality of sound, it's on par with all other top name brands. They all use the same 10mm driver.

But luckily,they seem to have worked out those initial bugs and updated the issues i had before. I love that there is a find my buds feature as this has helped me so many time i thought I lost them.

I say it's because for the price it's worth it. I work 10 hour days in an office environment, I put these in and it make my day so much better. I move with a purpose and its noise canceling feature is perfect to listen to podcast or music . The battery life depends on how much you use it , I say comfortably around hours and hours ( with noise canceling active) . Without 10 to 11 hours. It says in my ear as well snug but not uncomfortable . I run , workout , dance and lay on my ear and still there it is , still in my ear. They say art decorates space while music decorates time... in that case these Earbuds are the paint brushes in which music creates its masterpiece in the mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy buds 2 pros every day for Language class. The mic is able to play my voice very clearly and accurately. When I'm not using them to learn a different language, I use them regularly for music. The sound quality isn't like anything else I've used in the past. The bass and treble are great and the ANC is a nice touch. I like the easy navigation controls on the buds themselves and the transparency mode for easy listening to the outside world.

I may be biased because I've been purchasing and upgrading my Samsung Buds since the 1st model, however they're compatible with my Galaxy S24 Ultra, Watch Series 4 and my computer - so I'm always connected wherever I am all day. The noise canceling works well, or you can use transparent mode to hear what's going on in the background. I love my Buds2 pro ear buds.
