An excellent Christmas present. This is another quality Samsung product. It paired quickly and seamlessly with my phone and watch. The sound is great with really good software that allows for a lot of tweaks and extras I haven't seen with some of the buds I've purchased from other manufacturers. Also surprised by the fit and comfort when I put them in my ears. I didn't expect this level of comfort nor the snug fit. I honestly didn't feel them when I went for a bike ride.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im currently using the Buds 2 Pro since release. The Pro, rightfully so, is the best buds I've ever used. The sound quality alone is amazing. The active noise canceling is really good. Some may say it doesnt cancel enough but why would u want that? That's dangerous in my opinion. The ANC is highly effective by reducing background noises without sacrificing the awesome sound quality. The B2P, Buds2Pro, is really comfortable for long usages. The only downside is using while working out. I find myself readjusting the buds quite often during my cardio. If im doing any other workout, it stays put even when sweating alot. The real question now is, should I get the next gen buds while im still enjoying this? With the Galaxi AI on the rise, the buds does pick up my voice and speech pattern accurately even with my accent, which is very comforting. 4.5 stars in my book. Good job samsung team.

I recommend the Samsung oem waterproof case. The noise canceling is the best ive ever used. All in all, I highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shape of the ear buds is my main complaint, you need to figure out a way to allow the device to sit comfortably and firmly in all kinds of ears. Consider finding a way to allow a person's ear to breathe and not have make earwax build up from extended use. Consider trying different material that holds better in the ear without slipping or falling out. Consider adding exterior speakers to be used for locating lost ear buds when they fall out. On a side note, bring back the outside sound volume to what it used to be with the original buds pro. The current levels sound slightly muffled when trying to hear what's happening around you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them mainly for Music, Youtube, Calls, and Gaming. First lets talk about the sound. Thumpy bass, clear mids and clear highs! The 2 drivers make a world of a difference. I can differentiate between the bass and guitar so easily with these earphones it's beautiful. Now the features are amazingly excessive the tips for neck stretching and the speech detection are amazing things I never knew I needed. The noise cancelation is eerily quiet it doesn't feel real. They're so comfortable I just wish for more eartip options. Still they're so comfortable I don't notice I have them off or forget I took them off.

The anc is amazing dealing with all the noise of the day and I'll never have to worry about the battery dying because the life on it is great too. The touch controls aren't great. I wish they had buttons but it's something you can get used to, I guess. I really wish galaxy Ai could be integrated in someway to help with the controls, especially when driving but these are still the best earbuds out there. The price is most important. For all these features and quality, this is the best deal ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Buds2 Pro are the best by far in listening devices goes. Clarity is 100% crisps sound and ultimum volume. One tap to the Earbub 2Pro put call, media, music, etc. On pause/hold That one tap/touch also is a negative sometimes when on a call it would disconnect from the call. I don't like that when adjusting it in my ear while on a phone call it hang-up the call. But other than that I give it rave reviews. The noise canceling is a must its awesome 100%. The ambient sound is white noise that's claming and soothing the setup was easy as 1 2 3 and charging is fast and can use you phone charger so you don't need 2 to 3 different chargers. Oh what else comes I say abut these Earbub 2Pro because I love them so much. Oh yeah the case changes the bubs and it shows the charge percentage in the app for the left and right earbud. I like that feature the case is also sturdy and stay close in fact it stays so tightly closed that you could hang it on your Keychain. Oh oh and it has a hook that clip to your Keychain or pants hoop. Again these the best Earbuds I every used I just gave it a 4 out of 5 stars only because when I try to adjust them while on a phone call it may disconnect the call by merely a toch. And another thing I forgot to mention the charge stays charge for a long time. They sit in your ears comfortably with no extra dangling pieces hanging from your ears. I just love them so much also I bought them year 2020 and they works still at a 100%. GET'EM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds have great audio quality, some of the best ANC in the industry and a small case. Here are some things I think could be improved: 1. I have small ears, and the buds would start hurting my ears after about 30min to an hour 2. The case would be better if it had a wider footprint but was thinner, so it was more comfortable in the pocket. 3. The Multi point connection worked well, but I needed to switch manually between my Samsung phone and Samsung PC. I would prefer a more effortless switch like some of the competitors.

I have owned alot of different earbuds being a tech I have an itch to pull things apart to see how I can make them better! I have not touched these buds 2 pro as they are working as intended. I fly once a month every month and use them for rain and thunder noises to sleep! Every day walks they are the perfect companion. The only reason they get 4 stars is the mic will pickup everything in a busy airport while trying to take a call. The software definitely needs a little tweaking still but these just sound and feel amazing on bass setting. I have owned buds and buds live and buds pro. These are a huge upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super comfortable and really great to work with in terms of changing and editing things but when it comes to moving around sometimes things shake loose inside of the earbuds and you have to find the spot that it locks back into... Could be just a defect of mine but overall it's a great product!
