[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound from these, and the noise cancelling is a dream on the subway. I had to take one star because the size of these is ultimately too big for my ears. The smallest ear pieces that come with it are still too big and I have to keep pushing them back in every ten minutes, which causes my fingers to accidentally press controls and stop/skip songs etc which has been pretty annoying. I wish they came with an even smaller set of ear pieces, that would let me give 5 stars. Otherwise great sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought 2 pairs of galaxy buds 2 pro because I LOVE THEM but there's a problem that I really wish samsung would fix is that If you lose them in a park for example is almost impossible to finds and I hope that samsung give of the EXACT place where it's located it the upcoming model.but other than that I truly recommend them the Noise canceling and transparency mode are incredible and also the bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the buds when I put my makeup on and want to keep quiet, then I use them for work (calls and video chats and focused work as they reduce noise) and when I workout and go on walks. These are my go-to and I always have them on me. I have no complaints about the battery, although I usually only ever have one in and just switch it out when it gets low. The galaxy wearable app makes the experience easy and helps you find your earbuds if you misplace them. Honestly, I have no idea how they have lasted this long with such heavy use. I highly recommend the buds pro2!!

The way it sits in my ear was a little different but once I figured them out, just as secure as the original. Amazing sound quality as ever with a very nice bassline and very cool adaptive ambience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds daily. My wife bought them for me as a birthday present. The battery life is good on the ear buds and the charging case. The sound quality is better with the surround sound off. I have tried on several occasions to run with my ear buds but they won't stay in my ear. To be honest I have a hard I hard time keeping the ear buds in just walking sometimes. The mic seems to need some work. When I am only wearing one while on a phone call, sometimes people have a hard time hearing me.

As someone with a lower tone hearing loss, having an equalizer that can boost bass is quite nice. These buds are able to reach deep lows which makes for full, rich music. I am also a fan of the water resistance and ability to easily turn off touch controls from the phone. I have been able to stand under running water without any issues. The one thing that I think the original galaxy buds did better than these buds2 pro would be ambient sound. With the old model, I would be able to use ambient sound and hear people loud and clear, but the ambient sound with buds2 pro simply do not amplify enough.

I had to get memory phone ear tips and that would be my only complaint. The battery life on the case and the headphones are amazing. The surround and noise cancelation is perfect. The ambient audio could be a little bit better when it comes to listening to other things around me when I have music playing. But I am able to fix that by turning the music down just a little bit. The call audio coming from the headphones is great. People are able to hear me. While these things are sitting in my ears, people are able to listen to me directly when I have some noises going on around me. So I has great noise cancelation as well During calls.

I think I will see how well the buds 3 do since they are a different design. Most people don't have a problem with the way these are designed, I have ears that I think would likely work better with the other design. I haven't gotten to experience Galaxy AI with them yet, but I use it on my phone all the time and I love it. I truly love these headphones. The bass on them is great and the sound quality is awesome.
