I use them at the gym, streaming on my phone, and even connect them to my TV when the husband is on the phone and talking too loud. The sound quality is fantastic, noise cancelling works great and the touch controls when using as a phone headset work great and are easy to use.

They are comfortable and stay in my ears while giving me the great sound quality from samsung. I really enjoy my new buds pro 2.

I currently work in a warehouse type setting and the buds let me hear when I need to and quiet down the environment when it gets to loud as well all at the push of a button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am relatively disappointed with the noise cancellation and lab features of the Samsung Pro to earbuds. They also do not fit well in my ears and easily fall out. The ambient noise feature called this a significant periodic shift in sound and pressure changes within my ear that seems to occur randomly.

samsung finally got 🙌 it right with earbuds that fit and stay in your ears when you workout! these fit like the galaxy buds plus with great sound quality and battery life. which ever engineers/designers who developed the galaxy buds 2 need to be involved with all earbuds designs going forward. the galaxy buds live and galaxy buds pro missed the mark with fit and comfort in the wearer's ear.

They should open the fractional star values, because these are better than a 4 star rating, but they're not a 5... Which is unfair to these earbuds, because if you can find them on sale, they're a sold buy. I just can't say that they're the best choice. Unless you live in the Galaxy world that is. As for the sound quality, it's good. Balanced, with just enough bass enhancement to be pleasing. Unfortunately they never get loud enough to really enjoy sound quality. The design of them are pretty good. They are light & stay in your ears pretty well. Why they stayed in my ears, they were prone to move around on me. This is a problem though as should the buds not be sitting right in your ear, you won't hear any of the details of their balanced tuning. . The app will get you a fit tester that helps you combat it, but it's a process to get to for how often they will need refitted. It might have been something easily corrected by different sized tips, but they're no other sizes included. Then their is the touch controls, which with how much you have to readjust these buds, they shouldn't have when capacitive, because when I adjust the buds I'm either changing the noise controls or starting or stopping the player. Final verdict is they're good, but if not on sale... Wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using galaxy buds since the plus series a few years ago, and the pro series is a big step up. It has all the features of the plus series with better sound, better connectivity, durability, and MUCH better battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 2 pro have been great for me and my girlfriend. We both got a pair. We recently went on a road trip and these buds came in handy. The noise canceling was great to either listen to music or watch YouTube. I like the touch features for pausing and the long tap/ hold to change from noise canceling to ambience mode. You can even enable them to adjust volume by double tapping your ears. I do know they have Galaxy A.I. that enables them to live translate, but I haven't gotten to take full advantage of that feature yet. I look forward to trying it out on the next trip I take. The Buds 2 Pro have been great and I look forward to having them for a long time.

Cause you can't barely hear anything from outside. And when touching the device can be a little to sensitive when touching. I usually use it with my apple IPod or my Samsung SXX ultra

My favorite features include the touch controls as well as the noise controls. They have an active noise canceling control as well as the ambient sound control that I personally love. My experience with the buds, and every samsung product that I've had, have been pretty amazing.
