Works exactly as advertised. I follow the direction to use low to medium heat and it is a breeze to cook with and by far the easiest non-stick pans I've ever had the pleasure to use.

We bought this set for your Granddaughter when she moved into her first own apartment. We have had greenpan for a long time and it just is safe to use and lasts.
