We purchased this mattress about 6 months ago with box springs. The mattress was supposed to be firm and seemed fine for a while. Now it already has cupping where my husband and I lay. I DO NOT recommend this Serta UnPerfect Sleeper.

We like the new mattress so far. We hope it lasts a good long time and retains its firmness. I do wish I would have ordered the firm mattress though. But this mattress isn’t too soft. I was just afraid the firm one would be too stiff, like laying on a board.

It's the perfect combination of soft and firm. We sleep great on our new Delfini

So far comfortable. Delivery personnel were very sketchy. :Lead guy was accommodating; other guy I had to keep my eye one. Very rushed delivery without opportunity to ask questions. In and out. Sam's could do better screening the people whom they contract with to deliver their products.

Good so far. Seems good quality. Feels good to lay on. Woke up with no back pain after sleeping on pull out couch for 6mos.
