Let me start out by saying PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! I had a set of knives I thought were great. My husband would hear me sharpening them just about every time I used them, so he bought me this set for Christmas. Well, it has taken me this long to write a review, because we all need time to heal!! Yes that's right, Christmas day, laid my thumb open with one of the smaller knives and I was just washing it. Just about to heal from that and laid my right left index finger open. These knives know no difference between cabbage and your hand. They will go to the bone in a heartbeat. Aside from that, I love them. They have a very balanced weight to them and hold their edge very well. I have had them since Christmas day and have had to sharpen only one of them one time. The Block my other knives were in was more straight up and down so it did not take up much counter space. This one is more horizontal which makes it take up more counter space. But for this set of knives, I will gladly make the room. I highly recommend these knives. Please be more careful than I was and DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE them in any way. The Shears!!!!!! Oh my the Shears. They come apart for full cleaning!!!! They come apart easy and go back together easy!! That is so wonderful! And they are as sharp as the knives! Makes cutting anything very easy. Trimming Chicken, Brisket, Ribs......anything! And Clean very easy! I will have to go back and see if the Shears every get dull, can you sharpen them in the built in sharpener. Best Christmas present ever!!! Awesome Husband! I also got the Ninja Neverstick Cookware for Christmas and so far, WOW! Those Baking Sheets are next on my list!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't believe how sharp these knives were, right out of the box! And they were very nicely packaged too. Very good weight and evenly balanced. I'm not a chef, but I feel like one when I'm using my new Foodi Ninja knives!! I'm throwing away all my old ones!

My new favorite Brand! I bought this to replace my KitchenAid knife set and OMG I love these knives! Cutting through anything feels so smooth!

The steak knives do not line up 😟. Unfortunately, it looks sloppy to me. Otherwise great sharp knives.

I see where this goes and even though I Love Ninja i must say I was shocked with this one. The knives are absolutely beautiful and I get the idea. For me should have been able for all main knives to be able to sharp not only one knife.
