Very effective. Ive had heartburn my whole life and have tried everything. This seems to work best, in pill form. No taste, no scent. Overall worth the money.

I love this stuff!! I need at least 15mins for it to kick in but it does wonders and the burning fades away! Would recommend to everyone!! Very effective!

I’ve tried a ton of random stomach relief pills and nothing compared to these. Best acid reliever around and helps within 30 minutes and not harsh on your stomach.

The product works great and fast . It’s my to go whenever I have acid indigestion. No improvement required it works great. It is affordable specially for what it does. I would recommend it over any other antacid.

This definitely helps with the burning heartburn symptoms I get. I’d say that this doesn’t work quite as well (or as long) as Prilosec but it’s still a good product.

I have heartburn and this is what my mom bought me . It wasn’t that bad at first but then it worsened so I took one everyday in the morning and after that I could eat whatever I wanted. It took the heartburn away.

When I was eight and nine months pregnant this is what I lived on. If you want fast relief for a longer period of time this product is definitely for you.

I take Pepcid before eating out to minimize reactions to a variety of foods that don't agree with me. (more as I get older) I have been happy with the results and have been taking it more regularly on my physicians advice.

It works very well at preventing heart burn and at easing heartburn & acid once it has begun. I would definitely recommend! It is probably better than the other products. I’m completely satisfied.
