i love the product & the customer service was topnotch. We just had ours last Sept Labor Day and was knocked down by the high wind so the glass tube broke into pieces. Called Sam's CS and they replaced the whole thing without a problem. It was delivered 2 days later.

I like that its portable. Easy to understand how to use. Can be anchored to the ground is a plus.
