I purchased this chain from a local Club and was very pleased with it at first but when the gold started to fade off a couple years later I took it to a jeweler to get cleaned and was told the chain is gold plated and not 14K gold as advertised. When I tried to return it back to the club I was that after 90 days you cannot return jewelry, How is some suppose to know the jewelry is fake in 90 days unless you take it right to another jewler and verify authenticity, in which case you be better off buying from a real jewler, also, there is no mention of 90 day return policy on sams club 100% customer satisfaction agreement or terms of conditions, they wont take it back because they know its fake, any real jewler will take real gold back as long as they know it real. also, I found out the local club do not have to listen to the corporate customer service who I tried to get to help me with this matter. the store Manager is above the corporation?
