I was trying to assemble this 14 inch mower that I received just now, and could see the handle that came along in my package is WRONG in size (photo attached). There is about 3 to 4 inch-wide gap in the vicinity of the joint areas where the two rods meet (photo attached). I overtightened the bolts at those joints and see the entire handle assembly is not perfectly aligned being askew to the right (photo attached). Due to the wrong sized part, all four joints of the handle assembly must be under excessive stress condition, making me thinking it is juat a matter of time for break. I have seen other photos from other reviewers who seem to suffer from the aforementioned issue. I wonder if this only happens to me or something else. To me, this is a clearly a design issue and they need to fix it. This mower looks to bring so many fancy functions to the users but a simple design issue like this will make all those nice things drained.

I purchased this mower so that I could get into spaces the riding mower could not. My husband is also very pleased with this mower...battery power is awesome. Counting this new addition, we have 9 Worx tools at home...although this battery is not interchangeable with the other tools..it is wonderful to have battery operated quality tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lightweight, no wiring, messy or gas smell stuffs and easy to maneuver, But not enough power , when use eco mode, it doesn't cut grass through. I changed to turbo, it's better cutting but consumed so much battery so I have much less time to mow my lawn . I think the blades angel and length need to redesign to be able to cut the corner/edge too.

Bought this about a month ago to replace my 10 year old Worx mower. Have only been able to use it once because of all the rain, but it powered through 8" tall thick grass no problem and I still had 2 lights left on the batteries. Looking forward to the rain stopping long enough to mow the 8" tall lawn again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the cutting ability and power through my thickest grass. The only drawback I had is that I should went for the larger mower as I have a larger yard and need the extra battery life. Would definitely recommend however.

I did not expect this lawn mower to be for tiny people. It is the smallest lawnmower I have ever seen in my life. I do not recommend these lawnmowers at all. It takes longer to cut the grass and is not worth it. Trust me, buy a regular mower. I wish I could get my money back to be honest with you.

The mower is so easy to maneuver in my yard, and being a 69 year-old widowed heart patient I was pleased that I can actually do another of my chores without asking for help yet.

No more pulling and running for gas for my old lawnmower. The best idea was getting it, would have been better if I got one years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I love the mower. It’ cuts great. It’s very easy to push. It’s very light. My yard has some contours that would cause my gas mower to scalp certain spots. This mower does not do that. So far batteries work just fine and hold their charge enough to do half my yard. So I do the front or the back first then recharge the batteries and finish the job the following day or so. I never expected to do my whole yard on single charge so I’m happy with how the batteries perform. Great little mower!

It’s got a sleek design, super quiet compared to the gas powered machines. However, it does trip off when it goes into dense grass. I tried increasing the height but that wouldn’t do and now I have stuck to tilting it a bit for it to power through the high grass and then slide over it when it is low. Overall it’s a 4 star for me.
