I got the mower which is defected. The both screws on side are broken, one is loose and couldn't be tight up and the other is just too short. I have to send it back. Their product quality control is not working. They should check the product before sending it out!!! what a headache. Not only I spent time trying to put it together but to ship it back by Fedex which is not near by!!!

This couldn't be easier to use. It's the perfect size and weight. I haven't cut my own lawn in years, but now I can do it myself with Worx battery mower. It's perfect. You won't be disappointed. I'm over well over 70 years old. If I find it easy to use, so will you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mower. I am 82 years old and live alone. I can no longer pull and pull on the string to start my gasoline mower. Now I just turn the mower on and go. Very easy to use and I put it together myself!

We have only used mower twice but like it. Firstly not much to assemble. Only needed to attach handle. I was surprised mower is made of plastic but seems okay. Easy to operate. Quiet. Some uneven cutting on longer grass but havent tried the turbo feature. Been afraid to in case this would discharge batteries faster. Just can finish cutting on full charge. Probably 5000 sq feet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lightweight, no wiring, messy or gas smell stuffs and easy to maneuver, But not enough power , when use eco mode, it doesn't cut grass through. I changed to turbo, it's better cutting but consumed so much battery so I have much less time to mow my lawn . I think the blades angel and length need to redesign to be able to cut the corner/edge too.

Bought this about a month ago to replace my 10 year old Worx mower. Have only been able to use it once because of all the rain, but it powered through 8" tall thick grass no problem and I still had 2 lights left on the batteries. Looking forward to the rain stopping long enough to mow the 8" tall lawn again.

I purchased online as I lack the transportation to buy from a brick and mortar retailer. First of all it looks like a toy (imagine a cutting radius the size of a sheet of printer paper). It works but it takes three times longer to mow my lawn. I exhaust 2 batteries on the front and 2 more on the backyard (I have batteries from other WORX purchases). I would return it but (still) lack the ability to take to a UPS pickup location. I have 4 other WORX products and have never been disappointed. I like the concept and ease of use...….I should have paid more attention to the cutting radius/size of the machine.

I love everything about this mower. It is light weight, easy to clean and easy to start. No more pulling the cord to start. I have a small yard and the batteries last for several cuts. I am a senior and it is nice to be able to take care of my own yard.
