I bought this in October of 2020. 6 months later the unit did not run at all even with batteries in good order and charged. The mower's power indicator was unevenly lit with some light half lit and others off and the next one on ...very weird. I returned it and got a new one. I hosed the bottom by the blade after a few uses and immediately it did the same thing and would only run for about 1 - 2 seconds. I returned it (2nd one in 1 year) and got a third. On the FIRST day of use a little rain fell on it and when I tried to start it after the rain (batteries and battery compartment were perfectly dry) it wouldn't start! Besides this bizarre behaviour, I liked using it and it looks cool and is light. Batteries last long enough for at least 30 min. but most often longer if not in turbo mode.

This little mower is very light and easy to maneuver. The two batteries last at least 30 minutes and the mower is powerful enough for fairly tall grass. The grass catcher worked great and holds enough to not need emptying during 30 minutes cutting on average lawn.

Ten years ago I entered to win one of ten 14" battery operated Worx lawnmowers. Who would have guessed I would be one honored to relieve one on Mario Lopez' evening TV show. My favorite features of my battery operated and electric mowers is the adjusted grass settings.. easy maneuvering, and no gas emissions on either mower as I'm asthmatic and could not cut the lawn before WORX! I've purchase several products since and all have been reliable..easy to operate and long-lasting. One suggestion would be to make the handle with an extra adjustment for those NOT tall.. I'm 4'10..

Finally, a mower that allows me to breath non gasoline infused air and no ear ringing noises. Highly recommend. One battery charge allows me to cut all of the grass on my front and back yard with a little left in the tank (battery?). Do yourself a favor and pick this mower.

I have had this mower for about 3 weeks and I've used it once. The one thing I like the most is it is light weight, I carry it in my tow behind trailer to do light trimming around my house and it takes one hand to pick it up, and its easy to maneuver around; plus no gas. I bought 2 extra batteries so I won't run out of power.

We were looking for something to use in a small cemetery that could go between the grave markers that were close together for our riding mower. (all together we have about 200 markers to mow around). It works GREAT and saves a lot of weed eating time. When I'm done there is about 1/4 of the battery life left. We also have two 20V cordless WORX weed eaters that we use in the cemetery that we are very pleased with. All three units are light and easy to use.

I was disappointed with the size of the cutting blade. It means more passes to cut the lawn. The turbo feature is definitely needed for a thick lawn. It is light to push and very quiet to operate. I use the mulching feature and it works quite well. I recommend having 2 pairs of the 12v 4AH batteries unless your lawn is 1400 sq ft or larger.

We had purchased the Worx Trimmer 2 years prior and we're very pleased with it. I was nervous about a battery powered mower but after mowing our front and back yards in one charge I was thoroughly impressed. Nice features like the one level adjust for all four wheels, the nice foam padded handles and the Eco or turbo mode for thicker grass are very useful. I like that my spouse or her 12 year old nephew can run this mower without struggle. I also like how extremely quiet this thing is! If you're trying to keep a healthy lawn frequent mows at a higher height help the grass not be stressed. With this mower you could now every day and the neighbors wouldn't know because it's so quiet! Finally, the Trimmer and Mower both run on 20Volt batteries just like the rest of the Worx family. Very convenient feature which has meant no charge issues for us. Our yard is small to medium with a portion that opens up to a large field that the HOA mows. This is our third Worx product and we've decided for our lawn and garden we will use this brand exclusively. The Aero Cart, GT Trimmer and now the mower makes keeping a well manicured lawn a dream.

We have 3 other worx tools that we purchased in the past 2-3 months and like them for the same reasons. Enjoy not using electric or gasoline for the tools. The battery sharing is really great. Cuts nicely and you can use the 14 “ in smaller spaces.
