Watch wouldn't allow me to put code in to unlock it and didn't hold a charge to save it's life

I purchased this apple watch as a Christmas gift for my 21 year old daughter. She loves it!

Replacement for my series 4 that wont hold a charge and replacing the battery not wise.

I like Apple products I always go with them. And I think Walmart rocks!!!
