I had to replace the fixed tool drawer and the mobile drawer was the only option. Finish matches the original. If the mobile drawer was able to be converted into a fixed drawer, and if the mobile wasn't less wide or deep than the original fixed drawer I would have given the product 5 stars.

The backsplash leaves permanent finger prints if not cleaned immediately. I have never had issues with any powdered coated finish doing this and for an item that is meant to be outside in garage I would expect better quality. I regret my purchase. I have the matching storage cabinets with the same issue. I have tried WD40, Dawn Soap, polish, Windex , Vinegar and the dark smears remain everywhere.

I took the straps off and lifted the top and the outside carton off everything looked great. Yesterday I had my contractor for a couple of hours so we were going to install. When we took the botton tray off Glen (my carpenter) noticed a little ding ob the face of the bottom. This slatwall backsplash was a little disappointing compared to my other NewAge purchases. The pieces ar3e metal and cannot be cut to size easily. The finish is slightly different from the PVC slatwall so it doesn't match. There is a magnetic top piece that looks good but renders the top slat of the backsplash useless because it doesn't hold hooks. Also, the backsplash doesn't hold the accessory hooks as tightly as they hold on the PVC slatwall.

I’ve had the cabinets for several months, very easy to assemble I completed the project by myself. Two things I would like to see upgrade it would be the front bottom of the cabinet face of the tall cabinets. It was accidentally stepped on when the cabinet was open and crumbled in the stainless steel workbench being one piece

I have 11 of the cabinets, 3.0 I believe, and 1 of the tall two door cabinets that I purchased recently. Everything is the absolute best in quality except for one small facet; the locks. the keys from the first set of cabinets that I bought over a year ago fit the tall cabinet I bought last week. No big deal, just a heads-up. packaging and structural integrity are second to none! I love these cabinets...

The silver backsplash I ordered came quickly with no hassles. Unfortunately, 3 of the panels had the corners bent inward somehow. It was easy to straighten the bends and so the product was still easy to put up on my garage wall. Nevertheless, the product damage (though slight) shouldn't have happened at all. Glad I was able to "undue" the damage without much effort.

Nice accessory set, but can’t figure out to get the bins to stay on the rail. Have to kind of jam them I, and they tend to pop out. Also the other accessories will fall out when you lift a rag off the hook, the hook sometimes pops out. Would be great to have a rubber pad or something to stick on them so they stay on the ram system.

The product is great. It assembles easy and I had no problem installing it in the garage. Only problem was shipping, it was damaged during shipment. And a replacement door had to be shipped out. I have ordered twice from New Age and both times damaged product during shipment. Maybe my next order will arrive in pristine condition.

I bought 6 of these and I really like them. 24 gauge is not that solid however it allows one person to unpack and install it easily. Packaging is good too. My biggest problem with these lockers is those oversized warning stickers attached with some nasty superglue. It took me longer to take those off than to install a locker.
