This product is fantastic! Literally after two weeks my clothes are still smelling fresh in the closet. It's like someone is freshening my clothes while I sleep! --I received a sample from Indluenster, completely free, for testing purposes. However, all opinions are my own. :)

Tried Downy Fresh Protect for the first time and I am hooked! Worked great on all my active wear (no matter how humid and sweaty I got, my clothes smelled fresh!). Also tried it on my bed sheets ~ and it is wonderful! Kept them so fresh and clean smelling long after just detergent and fabric softener has done in the past. At first when i recieved my free sample to try i thought it was some kind of air freshner but i read and used it in my small load just for fun and now i dont want to do laundry without it. The price isnt expensive and it leaves my wardrobe smelling amazing. I thought the things werent gonna desolve all the way but everything was good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't a fan of the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads. I was excited to try them on our sheets and duvet, because I feel like my husband's and my room tends to smell kind of stuffy if the bedding is any more than a few days old (after washing.) So I used the Downy beads in the wash cycle with unscented detergent to get the full effect of the Downy scent. The smell was very strong right out of the wash, but I thought it would mellow out. It didn't. The scent was very strong for at least a week. It was so strong that I started sneezing and getting a runny nose and had to rewash in just plain detergent. I wouldn't recommend this product for anybody sensitive to perfumes. Maybe it would be better served to something prone to "funk" like towels and socks.

I workout a lot and trust downy to handle the smell on my clothes. Knowing that is is normal to have a strong sweaty smell after we workout and its gone and my clothes smells amazing after i wash my clothes with downys fresh protect odor shield. I recommend this product and the odor protection and frgrance lasts for a long time. I got to try this product out for free and loved it and i definitely recommend it for that active person or a person who sweats more than normal! This is the product for you!

I received these through an Influenster box (though all opinions are my own). I was really excited about this product. I wanted to use them on workout clothes, which I feel like never really smell quite clean enough. It worked great and kept my clothes smelling fresh!

BRING THIS SCENT BACK! It’s soccer season in my house and I’m on my last bottle that I stockpiled. I recently did all the team uniforms pre-tournament and the kids couldn’t stop saying how much they loved the scent. I’ve been supplementing with a basic scent and I am NOT happy about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying the Downy Fresh Protect Active Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield. I was pleasantly surprised! I normally use the Gain or Purex Crystals. I was very happy with these Downy Beads. They left a fresh scent to my laundry that didn't go away instantly. It wasn't overwhelming, it was just the right scent! They dissolved and didn't stick to the clothing. This has happened in the past with other brands, and I would have to rewash, but not with Downy!

This makes my laundry smell so amazingly good, I can't even take how good it smells! I love it so much! Also the scent last very long, I can smell it on clothes that I washed weeks before. I tested the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.
