The Downy Fresh Protect is a hard working product that left my smelly clothes smelling practically brand new after coming out of the wash! With it being summer in Florida of all places, it gets extremely hot and I sweat a lot sadly. Sweat is something that can really stink up clothes, even after they have been washed, but after trying out this product as a free sample, I will definitely be going out to buy some more of this product the next time I make a trip to the store!

I tryed out the Downy fresh protect with febreze in wash odor defense in the smell April fresh and I loved it. They totally keep your clothes smelling fresh and turns them really soft. I received mine for free for testing purposes from influenster and totally going to keep buying more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that Downy Fresh & Protect Beads in the Botanical Mist scent are a godsend. I have washed my clothes with liquid Downy for ages but sometimes I don't get the wonderful Downy scent we all crave when using Downy after its been washed and run through the dryer. Adding the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads in with your laundry adds an additional boost and the scent is wonderful. Its as easy as measuring out a capful and adding the beads on top of the laundry you just loaded into the wash. Close the door and set the cycle and voila Downy fresh scent! I was worried that the beads might not fully disintegrate or leave some spots on my clothing to wear I would have to rewash the entire load which is wasteful these days with water conservation, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no trace left on the clothes or in the tub. The botanical mist scent lasted through the dry cycle and eased my worries of the wonderful scent dissipating. There is nothing like warm, fresh out of the dryer, clean clothes with a refreshing scent and you definitely get that with the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads Botanical Mist scent. I cant wait to try out the other scent options!

I have a house hold full of people and pets and from the dogs can bring odor. this product keep my clothes fresh for about a week . would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use other downy products regularly so I had a lot of expectations in this product and it definitely didn't disappoint. New downy fresh protect in wash odor shield smells amazing and really does keep your clothes smelling fresh. When I first put it in my washer and turned it on I could smell the downy throughout my entire house it was very lovely. I only worried it would be to much perfume for my daughter and I to handle on our skin but it wasn't at all. We both put clothes on out the dryer went out side played until we started sweating and played some more when we went in I smelled my shirt and could still smell the downy on it which made me happy but what made me happier was after we wore the clothes I washed in the downy over a few days there was no irritation just happy skin and happy me Im definitely going to be purchasing this product next time I'm at the store and recommend it to everyone

I work in an Italian Resturant with the most amazing garlic rolls, my cloths, car and house smelled like garlic I even had to put deodorizers in my car to get rid of the garlic smell. Even after washing my cloths they still smelled of garlic, while shopping at Target I saw this new Downey product to block oder. This product is amazing my cloths and car no long smell like garlic. My little girl doesn't tell me I smell anymore, I even told all of my co works about this product, thank you so much for this product.

I didn't know if I would like this product. I'm general dye and fragrance free with most of our laundry products. I also wasn't sure about how this would work but somehow, it does. The fragrance is nice and not overwhelming which is important. I recommend using on your athletics...our machine has a separate cycle for them and it's easy to still keep it separate from baby clothes but have the gym/soccer/dance stuff nice and fresh. The bonus is that the gym/dance bags all smell good too. Keep out of reach of kids! They look like dippin dots. I received a sample of this product free for testing and review. Downy fresh protect beads are my new favorite laundry product. I love having a floral scent in my clothes. I used to use scented laundry sheets a long time ago and stopped because they seems ineffective. These beads keep my clothes scented until the next wash! I recommend them and will be purchasing them.
