I generally don't use laundry additives, but decided to try this product as I got samples for free with an honest review. I may actually buy these. My laundry smelled amazing, and my boyfriends work clothes (that get super stinky, his socks too) smell fresh and awesome.

I absolutely love this brand and love these in wash odor shield pellets. They make my clothes smell so fresh and help shield odors. I got this product as a free test sample from Influester in the goddess voxbox, but will definitely be buying them in the future to use regularly with my clothes washing routine.

I have been wanting to try these for a while. I finally got the chance and I immediately fell in love. There is nothing better than laundry that keeps the fresh and clean scent even after it is hanging up, and with the downy fresh protect this is exactly what happens. I tell everyone about them now. Wow these are amazing!! I hadn't really jumped on this trend mostly because I'm usually pretty simple when doing laundry but I lived these. I will definitely be purchasing them, my husband even noticed and commented on how good his clothes smell! I tested these Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.

Loved it ! Smell stayed on and lasted I tried this product for free to review but will definitely be buying soon. It was easy to use as well. Can't wait to try other smells they have to offer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted the downy fresh and protect beads to be great...and maybe they are, but since I got just one sample, I chose to use it on the worst load of laundry in my house...my husband's work clothes. It didn't make much of a difference. But, maybe if I had used this on something like towels or my daughter's clothes, I may have seen a better result. To be fair...nothing has really been able to make my husband's work clothes smell fresh. But I will say, it was easy to use and did smell nice in the package. Just toss the breads into the wash with your detergent and that's it. I might just give it another try to see the result on different loads.

My family has been using Downy product for years, so when I was given a sample of In-Wash Odor shield, I was more than willing to try it. The packet was filled pretty well and based on the directions, I was to use the entire packet with a load of laundry. I was impressed that even though the load was pretty large (included shirts/socks/sweats, towels, and bed sheets/pillowcases - things that can carry a bit of a smell after using for a while, the fragrance permeated through everything! I was a little bothered by how strong it was, so I will suggest using less that what the directions might advise. The scent was not my absolute favorite, but given that I got it for free, I couldn't complain. Overall, it's a good buy. Do I think it's absolutely necessary? No. But when you have a job that requires a lot of moving around and often comes with messes, sometimes giving the laundry a little extra boost isn't always a bad idea. This product works wonders. It doesn't mask the odor, but neutralize it and adds a nice, light fragrance. The scent isn't overwhelming, which is wonderful, and works amazing for my large family! I received a sample in exchange for a review. All opinions are 100% my own.

I love these beads! I was totally satisfied with just detergent alone but I'm spoiled now. The scent is so refreshing and last a long time. I love this product. I used it in the launder for my work clothes. Working in the food industry, I smell like the restaurant I work in and it's unpleasant having to smell like old food while running errands on my break or at work. Using this product has made me so much more confortable going out in my work clothes! I did receive this product as a complimentary sample.
