Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!

Bought the pro-adapt soft because we needed a soft bed. The bed we tried out in the store was sooo comfortable. Our new bed has yet to feel soft. We still toss and turn. Our old pillow top with memory foam topper was more comfortable than this bed. Unfortunately, even with the 90 day guarantee, there is not one softer. So we are stuck.

It also adds just a little firmness over the the regu;ar medium. This is a replacement mattress for a cloud supreme that had failed. The company stands by its products! Love the productand the company.

I waited to post this review to give this mattress a good test. We have had it 4 months now and it sleeps great. It's amazing how much more rested my wife and I are each morning after sleeping on our TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress as compared to our traditional spring mattress. My wide wears a Fitbit to bed and often gets sleep scores in the upper 80s to 90 with this mattress. We added a thin mattress protector so we could fully feel the comfort and coolness of the Tempur foam layer. It's not hot like some foam beds. Free delivery and free hauling away of the old mattress were added bonuses.

I'm 6'2", 270. larger than your average human man. I have chronic lower back issues. For many years, I urged my partner to get a Tempur-pedic and he finally agreed after seeing many videos about the new cooling cover. We got it about 30 days ago and my first thought was that it was too firm. Now I feel it's just right. PERFECT for both of us, actually. I hope it lasts, that is my only concern, as it's pricey.

We purchased our Tempur Adapt Medium Hybird about a month ago and it still doesn't feel like it did in the store. I have been suffering from lower back pain while sleeping for about 10 years, and after trying many other mattress, including running the gambit of online companies, we figured we would bite the bullet and pay for a top of the line mattress. I was hoping that with all the hype and great reviews, we'd get what we paid for...the best nights sleep money can buy. But I'm still experiencing the same lower back pain I had on mattresses 1/3 of the price.

Our previous mattress was a Beauty Rest Black Ice Hybrid model that was comparatively priced (during a sale) and initially felt comfortable enough for us. During the first year I began to experience growing discomfort and at times pain in my hip and leg. Being 60 years old I thought it was my arthritis and began to look at ways to "live" with this mattress. I purchased mattress toppers and found one that worked well (My Pillow) but began to notice a slight sag in the sides of the mattress. I began a warranty claim and received 100% credit for my 4 year old mattress. I did my research (again) and came back to what should have been my first choice all along the Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. From the first night my wife and I fell asleep quickly and soundly enjoying a deep restful sleep. While I cannot make medical claims about the benefits from this mattress I can state that my hip and leg pains have been greatly reduce. Overall we are enjoying the best nights sleep that we have had in a while, it is worth the premium price for the quality and I don't think I can put a value on the sleep quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As mentioned in the other reviews, if you want something that is in the medium side, you have to buy the soft version. It will feel a bit firm when new but will eventually break in. With the Tempurpedic protector, I don't fee the cooling properties much. In warm nights, I wake up sweating and had to change my shirt a couple of times in several occurrences. I am not overweight or have health conditions. Just saying. Overall a great purchase. You will appreciate it more when sleeping elsewhere for a couple of days, and coming home to your Tempurpedic! Don't settle for less.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! Upgraded from a 10yr old pillow top off-brand. Same sleep since day 1. Restful, and I am no longer stiff and sore every morning. I used to be eager to get out of bed so my headaches would ease. Now, I want to sleep later and longer. As a marathon runner, every minute of rest is critical to recovery. I am highly satisfied with my new matress, and recommend the brand to anyone replacing what they have.
