[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous spending so much on a mattress but it was well worth it. It honestly fixed my restless leg syndrome. I sleep better and longer. Plus, it doesn't move much when someone gets in and out of bed so you don't disturb the other person. Most surprising was that this mattress is lighter than the Sealy hybrid we had before. Definitely leveled-up my nights. I should probably also note that this mattress also gives a lot of support in ... other activities a couple will use a bed for. Very nice results.

Then when I try to make return it has been over a month and still have not received a pick up date. We are unable to put our new replacement mattress in our room till Tempur pedic takes this one back. We wake up w aches and pains due to lack of support. Would not recommend Tempur pedic at all. For the price you pay you would hope to get resolution fairly quickly. So wrong.

I did my homework and found out that the Tempur-ProAdapt was the replacement for our old mattress. My wife was a little hesitant at first but she went along with my choice. What a difference! It was like sleeping on the old mattress when it was new. It may feel really firm but it truly conforms to your body giving you the best sleep. I have extreme back issues but after sleeping on the new Temp-ProAdapt I felt like a new man again. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once a salesman said you will pay an enormous amount for a automobile that you will set in for a couple of hours a day but will cut cost and purchase an uncomfortable mattress that you will sleep on for 8-10 hours a day and wake with back issues. My first Tempur Pedic lasted 12 years. I chose to purchase a "In the box mattress" only to return and purchase the Pro-Adapt which we love dearly. Last time I settle for a lesser product. Now I wake each day fully refreshed.

The twin XL is idea for couples to pick the right kind of's comfort yeah it's 8 kind of comfort you each may need. My wife need ed the medium and I need ed the soft. We are both happy campers and the thickness of 12" is truly to their words as I took a tape measure to it all around. This is our 3rd temperpedic and it's has been worth it!

We wanted to try tempur-pedic mattresses after my husband slept on one in his sister's house. We did a lot of research ahead of time and visited showrooms with the products. We chose hybrid because it lessens motion transfer. This product was way softer than we anticipated and after just a few weeks neither of us was sleeping well and both of us woke up with hip, back and knee pain. We sent the mattress back.

This is our 3rd mattress purchase - We bought our first two queen mattresses over 15 years ago and they are still great. Just bought a new home and needed a new mattress - king size. Not enough time to tell you about the AMAZING customer service I got from Hicks when I was placing my order in the middle of a pandemic - but he was THE most helpful, knowledgable, and very nice person I've ever talked to in a professional customer service call - ever! The delivery was held up, understandably, because of the virus, but when it finally was delivered, the delivery men were the best. Professional, friendly and efficient (also, under stress of the pandemic). And, finally, my review of the mattress - couldn't be better. Exactly what we wanted (I have many orthopedic issues from an accident that I had years ago) and just as comfortable as the Tempur-Pedic we have been using for years. This company, employees, and it's product are just the best - will always come back when I need anything sleep related :)
