Unless my previous memory foam mattress, this one doesn't have me turning from side to side to relieve pressure on hip and shoulder. I can sleep on one side for hours without any pain. This is important because my sleep apnea means I must sleep on my side.

This bed has change my sleep quality and set a new standard for what a mattress should feel like. I received my bed 2 weeks before major hip replacement surgery. I live alone and because I was able to lift my self to a position where I could get off the bed by myself, I was able to recover from this surgery without having to go to Nursing facility. Due to COVID I did not want to leave my home. I am recovering very well alone at home and sleeping very comfortable because of the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium bed. I wish the height of the bed frame could be adjusted down about 1 inch so I didn't have to use a step stool. I am only 5"0 tall.

The twin size means that we can both get a good night's sleep even though one of us might be restless and moving around. We have been married 40 years and just now are able to sleep in the same room.

Our previous mattress was medium density but we needed more support after sustaining injuries over the years. I started to have hip pain and my husband back pain. The firm density instantly began to reduce our pain. It took around 1 week to break in the mattress as expected. We are sleeping peacefully and with dramatically reduced pain at night. We are Tempur Pedic clients for life.

After countless hours of searching and reading reviews and even 2 other mattress trials, we finally decided to just go for it. I'll say we slept better and hurt less after the first night and it just keeps getting better.

We decided to swap an older I-Comfort for the Tempur-Pedic. We have a Tempur-Pedic in our guest room which used to be our mattress. After the I-Comfort started to break down, we decided to go with what we knew had like. There was a marked difference in the Tempur over the I-Comfort. We are sleeping better and waking up with no aches in pains. I would encourage buyers to go to a retail outlet and not buy on-line.

I thought I knew what I was going to get my self into which this type of mattress but I had no idea it was going to change my sleep so drastically. The first day I slept in this mattress I did not toss and turn at all. My back does not hurt anymore and I don't feel tired when I wake up. This was a great investment.
