Kids love it, great for lounging or sleeping

My girls were absolutely delighted with this HUGE Hello Kitty pillow- you should have heard the squealing! It is full of chopped up memory foam, and is so incredibly soft. It is big enough that both my twin 3 year olds can nestle down in it, side by side. In fact we put it on their full size bed and they have slept in it every night since it arrived! It is HEAVY to lug around- about 15 pounds, but that helps me because the kids aren’t dragging it all over. The cover zips off and is washable. The cover is plush and soft like a stuffed animal. The foam took about an hour or so to fully fluff out, but having the kids jump on it helped loosen it up and get the process going. Uncomfortable and Poorly Supported

Overall I was disappointed with the comfort and quality The head sinks down when you lean on it and doesn't provide much support at all. Another problem is that the bed feels uneven throughout. The padding doesn't seem level, and there are soft spots and areas that feel lumpy or inconsistent.l My kids like the design and don't seem to mind it, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. However, I find it very uncomfortable and not worth buying.

    As is in picture

    The box came beat up and filthy but when i opened it the actual insert and cover were vaccume sealed tightly and once open it had a funny smell to it but other than that its exactly like the picture my 5 year old son loves it and didnt waste any time taking his firat nap on it once we got the cover cleaned

    Bad zipper !

    First ordered and expected to arrive on time. Them kept getting delays. Had to call customer service so they reissued because they said it was never shipped. Finally arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. Bought this for grandchild’s gift and the Zipper broke and it would zip up or down. Frustrated with the whole situation. Granddaughter loved it just have to not use the zipper! This was for the Stitch one. Over all it it huge and made nice except for the zipper .

    It's very cute, but the quality is not up to par

    It's very cute, but its quality is not there for the price. Ordered a month before christmas and upon opening it had a strong smell (the foam) upon assembly. I noticed the stitching is unraveling. It was very disappointing as i had high hopes for this Christmas gift.

    Love it, but cover is not sturdy

    The floor mat is great; but the cover is cheap. The zipper broke and ripped up the back of the cushion trying to put the cushions in. The front of the cover came ripped and one of Spidey’s hands was ripped too. Super disappointed because my son loves it. It would almost be better if it was Velcro or the cover had more space.
