I have had it a year. It has worked every time. It is a nice feeling not to worry about if the power goes out.

Never lose power awesom product. Does its job and keeps me running some would say its loud but when ur power is off you rly dknt care

About 6 months old. Have had no issues. Runs much quieter than the old model we used to have , at our last home.

User friendly.. I was afraid it would look like an eye sore in our back yard but it looks very nice and gives great peace of mind.

we have had a couple of storms since installation and while we did not need the generator it was a relief knowing we had it.

I bought it in April and so far it is running good. No loss of power yet, but anxious to see how well it will behave and run.
