The only thing i would like to see to improve the generator is to make it run more quite. The whole nieghborhood can hear it when it turns on.

Awesome product

Not had to use it yet but great peace of mind...65 and living alone. Do not like to "play olden days" with not creature comforts!

Waiting for the power to go out!

It runs so quiet we didn't know we were on backup until we looked out and saw the neighborhood was dark!

Used only once so far

I have owned this one for over 2 years now my previous one for over 7 years great piece of equipment.

Great to own!

I was impressed by the quality and its features I would have preferred wifi access but it is not essential.

This is a good product

Luckily, I have not had to have it kick in and work yet. No power outages since I installed it. However, it is doing its weekly test without issues.

Looks good but still waiting for my first outage

We have lost power three times since it was installed, and Our Generac kicked on as soon as the power went off. Loved it!!

Really a great product

Haven't had to use the generator more than a few minutes. Kicked in quickly and took over, keeping us up and running in the house.

Feeling more secure having the backup generator

Has operated as designed and was needed on three occasions since placing in service in August of 2016

Easy to install and place in service.

The installation was a fire and mechanical hazard. 

1. Putting the garage door down ripped the wires down causing the door to get stuck.

2. The garage door spring cables rubbed on the power lines - creating a fire hazard.

The installation is being redone. I may change my review after the problems are corrected.

Nothing to review - installation was messed up

We recently had a wind storm and lost electricity for five hours. Five seconds after the power went off our generator fired up and we continued our activities. Our special needs daughter continued watching her cartoons as we prepared dinner. Best investment I've ever made.
