We love this product....We had a faulty part that was trouble for almost a year but after it was narrowed down and replaced....the 22kw runs like a dream. It's a wonderful item.

when they started it up it was handling the hole house with the air running and was drawing 27amp I will handle anything I need to run and it was not even under a heavy load. LOVE IT

Since it was installed, we have only had 2 power outages. One being in the middle of the night. We were unaware until we heard the generater go off. It is not noises at all.

We no longer have to worry about the weather and being without power. This product works when needed without fail. Peace of mind is important to my family and with generac we have it.

We had a tornado come thru our town last month and all my neighbors were without power for 4 days. My generator cut on a few seconds after we lost power and never missed a beat!! Should have bought one years ago. Thank you generac.

the generator runs a test once a week. it is not intrusive, so it blends with the other outdoor equipment. Its like a slow cooker, fix it and forget it. It does all the work. One of the best purchases I have made recently.

Only had generator about 3 months, with no power outages, so can't definitively talk about backup power. Generator was installed on time and with highest standards. Weekly test has run as scheduled every week. Looks good, runs quietly.

I feel like I can relax when there is a power outage caused be a winter storm or wind storm which seem to affect the power quite frequently in my area. I no longer worry about losing my heat in the winter.

I have had my unit for four months. Our power has only been off one time for about 6 hours. The unit started and engaged flawlessly. Great product so far!
