Good Product. However the gas connection adapter should not be shipped inside the side panel. The bolts hole in the side panel were not correctly aligned at the factory, making re-assembly of the side panel very difficult! Poor fit.

Very nice. Price/quality is good. Installation was easy enough. Only complaint was the electrical connections. I wish there had been an easier way to access the connection points. I can be done, but I'd like to have a word with the designer.

I am so glad I bought the Genarac because I do not like to be without electric. My installer was very knowable about the product and this was also a bigger seller for me.

Hope to never be tested due to a power outage lasting several days, but feel better knowing I have the capacity remain functional and comfortable if it does

Praise the Lord we haven't had to use it yet but it does turn on each week to run it's test. The appearance of the unit is very nice and our contractor William was great.

The generator has given me a sense of relief, knowing that I will have electricity if and when a power failure occurs. It has worked flawlessly on the weekly trials, but I have not experienced a power failure yet.

Doing everything I purchased it for. The communications link option is great as I get a text advising that the machine is running due to power outage or just doing a weekly test. Great product

Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

Very satisfied with the product. Give peace of mind when I am not home, that my home bound wife will be fine. She doesn't have to do anything. Only negative, need clearer direction for neutral and bond.
