Was sold a generator with wifi. Why don't you tell people that you can't get the wifi chip? Why are you hiding this when tour selling them

Just installed September 30, 2022 so have not had to use it yet. Installation by Penco Electric went smoothly & one small issue quickly fixed.

Excellent turnkey project. Very professional installers, managed all required inspections. Initial startup, problem free, unit runs very well.

Wi-Fi very very hard to set up. Doesn’t explain how to read if generator tested or not. No customer service to call for Wi-Fi???
