This thing is absolutely amazing. You will never need to worry about power outages as you will never know when they happen until you discover the clock on your microwave needs to be programmed again.

Installation was completed timely. As informed, self-testing occurred on time. Although it has not been used during a power outage as of yet, so far things are as expected.

We live in the woods. Having this system will keep us safe. Being able protect my family from getting hurt or losing everything that must stay refrigerated is amazing!!

Had our 22kw generator installed several weeks before a tropical storm came to town and knocked out power for 11 hours. Certainly was nice to still live life as normal and not have to worry about food spoilage in our refrigerator and freezer.

Just had this unit installed and two days later a power outage. It came on and my house was normal. Power out for 2 hours, then came on and the generator shut off. Works great and blends into our house.

Only have had for two days, but already feel secure just knowing we will always have power. With persons having medical conditions, this provides a great deal of security.

Our Generac was installed by a very professional team. We have yet to have our power go out but it is doing its weekly auto run. It looks tidy and appears to be very user friendly.

Sump pump was my main concern when power goes out crawlspace gets flooded now no.need to worry.all involved in project were helpful friendly and very skilled professionals all of them would recommend to anyone

A brand new generator should not leak oil. Should not come with mangled wire terminals. Should not have cross threaded screws. Should not have loose screws. Should not have large internal scratches.
