We love the generator but the company that installed it claimed they were a certified Generac dealer and was not. The installation process was a disaster. The company is Colonial Generators. Please remedy this as they are giving Generac a bad name

Just had the unit installed. Insulation went smooth with no problems with the unit. All testing good. Will update this review after my next power outage.

Just had the unit turned on and had product orientation. Very happy that we are ready for hurricane season. It would be nice not need it but peace of mind knowing that we will not be without power if needed.

We just purchased a Generac installed very professionaly by Baker Electric. We are very satisfied with the entire process and purchase. We are seniors with a basement so we now feel safer.

This product has everything neded to run my entire hvac systems (2) and all my electrical needs, (2 Refrigerators, 2 Freezers) and worked perfectly this first start up. Very satisfied with this product.
