This is a great "peace of mind". The power went in my area once for four days and I wished I got this generator back then. This unit powers the whole house with no effort. Runs on natural gas and is very quiet. The person who installed it is fantastic, he said he will service it once a year just to make sure its running the right way. I tried it out for a week, just running the generator and I was very happy with the performance. I have a lot of equipment for the physically challenged and really need all electrical sources to run properly. I don't want to be stuck with out power.

Just completed installation of our 22Kw Guardian generator. Installation was done professionally and the unit started right up. While I hope that we never have to use it, I am very relieved to know that I have purchased one of the best units on the market to keep my family warm and with full power while I am away overseas on frequent business trips.

The standby generator from Generac is a great buy! Only days after installation it was called upon to power my whole house during a Hurricane. As my wife is handicapped, it was imperative to keep our power on. I would have no other product but the Generac generator.

After ordering our generator I found out on the Generac website there is an offer I get the warranty extended 2 years if you contact Generac before you order. It seems to me if you buy the product new from an authorized dealer you should be treated the same.

I had my generator installed a few months ago. The transaction was top of the line. From the Owner (Russell) to the installer's, completely professional and courteous. Last week the main power went out and within seconds the generator automatically did exactly what it was supposed to do. Now I have the peace of mind knowing that even if I am away from home, my home will be supplied with power!! Great investment!!

It was shipped very fast, however did not show up on lift gate truck like was told it would had to have naibor bring tractor to unload, was an easy hook up and easy to set up with the Didgetal display, I am gone a lot and like knowing my wife can not worry about electricity going out. I have had my generator for 1 year. Love it. Great investment. Peace of mind just knowing that it's there. I have used it a few times, generator comes on seconds after a power outage. My home functions don't skip a beat during a storm. Definitely recommend.

Well made except for flimsy plastic door and frame covering circuit breakers. The electrician broke mine and a different electrician broke my son's identical model. It would be nice if the factory offered a model for cold states with the battery heater, oil heater, and synthetic oil installed. Overall nice appearance and very easy to setup. I would defintely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a generator.

We are happy to again have a full house generator at our new condo in New Hampshire. It provides the security we wanted. Leblanc' did an excellent installation and fully explained all its features. We have not yet needed it but I am sure it will operate flawlessly when we need it.
