It has always worked as it should. I am very satisfied with my 24 KVA standby Generator.

I bought this after a bad ice storm and we was without power. Hopefully we are better prepared now.

So far I've only had one issue with this unit.  The generator is top notch.

Steady as she operates!

i bought this 40 kw and it took you 6 months a thousands of dollars to get it working

Happy to have the upgrade from my old generator 10 kw to 14 kw.

It run its exercise cycle each week on time.  Has not yet been used to replace utility power.

Great potential.

Bought this and had it installed two months ago and I'm very pleased with it so far

Worry free

The installation was a fire and mechanical hazard. 

1. Putting the garage door down ripped the wires down causing the door to get stuck.

2. The garage door spring cables rubbed on the power lines - creating a fire hazard.

The installation is being redone. I may change my review after the problems are corrected.

Nothing to review - installation was messed up

The first night at my million dollar cottage on the north shore of a beautiful lake, a thunder store shut down power. The gentle hum [ well, in truth, gentle roar] of the generator, which automatically started up when the power went out, was comforting as I knew the furnace was functioning, as was the refrigerator, and everything else in the cottage. Twelve hours later, regular power came on, and the universe unfolded as it should. I am not always there, but it is wonderful to know that whether I am there or not, electricity is!
