Normally I would get very nauseous and get sick after taking a vitamin however with these it's much like eating a gummy snack. I cant taste the iron in these and they get along with my body. They are also bought over the counter and you dont have to spend alot.

They taste so yummy and do not sit in your belly and give you that nasty nauseous feeling that the pills do. I have been taking the Prenatal folic Acid pills and noticed so many of them look dirty, they do not expire until September.

These taste so fishy! Mixed with the berry flavor it's unbearable. I need to throw them away. What a waste of money.
