[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are delicious! Only thing I hate is taking 4 a day but it's worth it. I didn't notice much for my hair since it's already long but my nails have grown.

I got these because I thought they would be good since I sometimes forget to add the powder to my coffee. I tried them one time and had to spit them out. They have a terrible texture and are hard to chew. They also taste terrible. I take 2 other gummies for other reasons and have no problem with them. A total waste of money.

Okay so i bought these about 2 weeks ago and been using since arrival personally fir me i haven't seen any improvement on my sleep i still wake up normally 4-5hrs On the label it says you can take up to 2 so i finally did today but..woke up at same time the only change i noticed was that i got sleeper with 2 gummies & if read any of the othet gummies the taste isnt so great i always drink juice after taking
