I used to drink the powder but got kinda lazy because I don't have time in the morning to make a smoothie or protein drink plus collagen. The gummies are a great alternative and my skin has noticeably improved since I started taking these along with the beauty gummies. I will def purchase again. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the flavor is slightly too intense.

But they're working good ! Nails are growing and skin is looking better.

I've tried the powder before, which is excellent, it does improve your hair, skin and nails. These gummies have good flavor, my favorite is the grape flavor but both of them are good, although the raspberry flavor could remind you of cold medicine. The only thing I would change about it is that I wish they were keto friendly and did not have as much sugar or zero sugar. I read that they at least have a 90% absorption rate and each is 2.5 g of collagen which takes more than one gummy to get as much as you would with the powder. For a quick and delicious collagen dose these come handy.

The packaging is bright and colorful easy to tell which flavor your getting. Doesn't really have a strong flavor of grape it's just like a regular gummy, but it's good for you!
