I thought that they were going to be nasty cause they didn't smell very tasty. They ended up being good. They could be a little softer but other then that love them can wait to get more.

There are 120 gummies per bottle and the serving size is 4 gummies, which sometimes I do at once or I split it up morning and afternoon. The taste to me was good but I liked the raspberry flavor a little better. They are a bit tough to chew, it takes a minute due to the size so I wouldn't stuff all four into my mouth at one time. The benefits of collagen speak for themselves as it will improve your skin, hair, and nails as well as help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. This product is grass fed and free of synthetic colors, plus it's gluten free! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

The bad part is that you have to take 4 gummies daily and they have 9g of carbs in each serving. I don't understand why all of the gummies supplements have to have so much sugar.

The only con with these gummies is that they made me breakout. However, that is a common problem I have when taking collagen supplements. I did notice a difference in my overall skin appearance with the exception of the few small breakouts. If you don't have issues taking collagen supplements, then these would be a great choice!

I didn't really like the fake grape taste. It just wasn't hitting for me. It's supposed to help boost collagen to make your skin hair and nails look better. I will still take them.
