I have been taking them for a month now and I have noticed changes in my skin,hair,and nails. The taste of them is what made me like them they taste just like grapes and smells so delicious,just like if you were eating gummy candy. I have noticed a change in my hair. It is stronger and my hair has got thicker. My nails also have got stronger and they don't break easily. The biggest changed that I have noticed is my skin!!! I'm loving the way my skin looks right now. Usually I get small breakouts around my chin but since I have been taking these vitamins I have had 0 breakouts!!!! My skin looks healthy, plump,and it has a beautiful glow that i am loving ! I would definitely recommend these vitamins gummy to anyone that wants healthy glowing skin,healthy hair, and nails!! These vitamins will be in my healthy routine. Happy that I got to try these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just gotten an email about new, upcoming products Vital Proteins was coming out with right before I got to try these gummies.  Let me just say,  I was excited!!! Normally I would rather take a capsule or similar because there's no added sugars so I was a little hesitant with these.  I then proceeded to read through the ingredients and it's not added sugars so that definitely put me more at ease.  The taste and consistency is on point in my mind and I've been taking these for 2-3 weeks and cannot wait to see results when I've been taking them even longer.  Most collagen takes a bit before you notice even bigger results but I'd say,  so far so good! If you're not one to swallow pills,  these are for you!! I have no problems doing so but it's kind of nice to have a  little flavor to your vitamins. Honestly,  everything about these are great! try them!!

Collagen is something I absolutely need to take for my joint health and hair skin nails but I always hate taking the capsules, they are very difficult and require multiples. This product has great flavor and is easy to take with a high amount of supplement in each dose!

I had it for almost a month and I notice my skin never look so much better , I can't get over this one . Im almost out so I'll be getting more as soon as im done ☺️

Personally i so not like grape flavored candy for that reason but if you do maybe you would like these ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I opened the bottle I got a strong smell and it didn't smell like grape. It was a little too much. They do taste a little like grape but not much. The size of the gummy is pretty big. They are very chewy so it does take a while to chew thoroughly. I have noticed a difference in my nails so far. They don't break as easily as before. I received this product for free from Influenster and Vital Proteins in exchange of my honest opinion.

While I don't fully know about the health benefits I have experienced, I do like the fact that a serving size is 4 gummies. It is kind of like a little treat at the end of the day. The taste is not amazing but it is very tolerable. I have high hopes for this product and I'm glad that I have it.
