The taste is amazing and way better than the powder, However, taking 4 a day is a lot especially with all the sugar that goes into making the gummy taste great. I take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. Very affordable price so that's definitely a plus.

This helps with hair nails and skin , Collagen is also good for the skins elasticity. I like raspberry better ... but if you like grape go for it!!

They're chewy but not tough; I'm not a huge fan of gummy textures but this one wasn't bad. Lasted a little longer than I would have liked. 4 gummies isn't a bad daily amount, with one bottle lasting a month but it's also a big bottle that may not fit with others unless you are accustomed to buying large bulk bottles. The only thing I might change for sure is the color. It's super dark and doesn't look very appetizing.

To be honest I haven't noticed much of a difference with these gummies, maybe a little stronger of nails, but I will continue them until they're finished. They have a great smell and flavor to them.
