The taste wasn't bad... tasted like grape gummies. I only took it for a month but did feel like my nails felt stronger afterwards.

I have been taking them for just at a full month now and I feel better about the hydration and “bounce” of my skin. I feel much less dry after starting them. I have also noticed that the pain that I felt in my knee joints has subsided a bit. Being a physical therapist assistant student and working full time in a clinic, that is important to me. I will continue using this product along with my regular beauty multivitamin.

What I WILL say is that the taste is not bad at all. Better than other gummies I've had in the past. You do have to take 4 per serving which surprised me but still not bad. I'd buy these again.

I've been using these gummies for a few weeks and so far no issues! Have noticed a minor improvements in skin's dryness. Will need to keep taking to make sure it's the gummies and not the weather that's helping my skin. Minus 1 star because I HATE grape! Would be helpful if there were other flavor options or something more neutral.

They don't upset my stomach like some gummy supplements. The only thing I would change is the large dosage- taking 4 is sometimes a lot.
