This might not be as good as some of the low-carb bread replacements, but it's getting pretty darn close. I really enjoy this with a bit of Fairlife milk, although you won't find these two terribly compatible, don't expect low-lactose milk to absorb into much of anything with made with non-starch polysaccharides. Nonetheless, lower your expectations a bit and you'll find a great snack and breakfast cereal to fit into your low-carb/diabetic lifestyle! I really enjoy these and will be trying the variety pack of 6 flavors.
