Load rate E !

Needed heavy duty tires with E load rating. I always pull my 5th wheel camper and some other heavy loads.

Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascent Tires

So far these tires have been excellent on my F150. Really noticeable difference on wet roads. Happy with how quiet they are and the look.

Very satisfied

Was looking for a quiet good looking tire that went good in snow and water. This tire does all that very well. Going in mud is just a C . I’m very satisfied and impressed overall.

Tire and TPMS Service

The tires were great. The service was atrocious. It took over two hours to change the tires and sensors. The technicians were unable to program the sensors to the vehicle. I was forced to take the vehicle home and bring it back a following day. When I brought the vehicle back, I had the first appointment of the day. After two and half more hours the technicians were still unable to program the TPMS sensors to the truck. Two weeks later, I have one last appointment to program the sensors. If it doesn't work this time, Sam's Club will be paying me to have some true professionals install some working sensors. I don't recommend you buy tires from Sam's Club.

Sam's unable to balance new tires

I recently purchased a set of Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent from Sam's. I purchased the tires from Sam's as they were price competitive with the other dealers in the area and I could schedule the install online. Everything went good until the installation. When I dropped the vehicle off, the tire manager said that the install would take only an hour, but it ended up being over two hours. After two hours, the department manager came out and said that they were unable to balance the tires as they were missing a component for their balancing machine. They recommended that I go to a competitor tire service to get the tires balanced. I had scheduled my tire installation on a Saturday and I live out of town so this made things even more difficult. Luckily Les Schwab was a able to squeeze me in on a walk-in basis to balance the tires but since it was not scheduled and it was a saturday, it added another 3 hours to my original 2 hour tire install. Sending a vehicle out the door without the tires being balance is not only not good for the tires, but it is safety hazard. I still can't believe Sam's allowed the vehicle out the door. The representative at Sam's said that the tires looked pretty good so they may not need much balancing but there is no way they can tell how much a tire needs balancing by just looking at it. In the end, Sam's offered to pay for my balancing (cash not a credit to my account which added more loss time to my day. I had to bring them back the receipt for reimbursement), but would not compensate me for the loss of time. I feel this is incredibly inappropriate and not professional. I spoke to the store manager, and they even said that their hands were tied. I thought I was getting convenience by purchasing my tires from Sam's but I will never buy another set of tires from Sam's club again after my recent experience, lack of professionalism, and being able to finish a job. At a minimum, I would have expected another 5 to 10% off for my loss of time.
