[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress was certainly a two person job to get on a queen size bed and I had to stand it up vertically to get the job done. It has a full zippered feature and I really like that it is a bed bug and dust mite barrier. It is soft to the touch and comfortable. No plastic feel. I would say that this mattress protector is a great value all around.

So the product is going to do exactly what it's made to do, I don't have any doubts about that.. however the fabric that it is made out of has almost a plastic like texture... so the mattress cover and pillow cover I got are very noisy. When you lay down, or turn your head or do anything you hear a "crinkle-crunch" type sound from the shifting of the material. It's rather annoying. Besides that it's a good product I'd say.

It blocks 99% of allergens but also is water proof, is a bed bug barrier, is moisture wicking and soft and quiet. The queen size fits up to 17 in. Deep mattress and isn't very hard to put on with 2 people. I now sleep easier knowing my mattress is protected.

I want to protect mine and extend it's life, so I got the AllerEase Mattress Protector. It is definitely a two person job to install, but that's because a queen size mattress is large, heavy and unwieldy. After using it for several weeks, it seems that my allergies are not as bad. I travel a lot, and have always worried about bringing bugs home, so the added benefit of protection from infestation is a definite plus!

I can only assume they find this material more durable, as it will have much less chance of ripping. I never had a bug or allergy problem, but when they do surface, sometimes u never know it, so its a good insurance policy....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent product to protect you from your old mattress where several sleepers have selected, I did not know that mattress protectors were available, I have a bed wetter and this helps me more than you, not to have to buy mattresses because the protector will make it last a lot longer, hotels, the sick, bed wetters anyone that has a bed, thank you for the sample, its and excellent for all beds

It was a bit troublesome to put on the actual mattress but I think it serves a good purpose and has definitely provided a great barrier from the dust and other allergens. We will be purchasing more of these for our other beds!
