I buy about 4-6 12ct. bags per month. They make for great at-home turkey sub sandwiches. You can also cut/lay them flat and go Italian with some Pizza Breads!
I freeze them immediately once I get them home and unthaw as I need them. (If you purchase the gallon-size freezer Ziploc bags at Sam's Club, you should be able to fit 5 french rolls per 1 Ziploc bag. Do be sure to remove as much air/moisture from the bags as possible, which will help them maintain freshness when you unthaw them.)
It should be noted that, at the time of the writing of this review in June 2018, the packaging for the french rolls has changed to allow for all 12 french rolls to come in one, single, tall bag (whereas the display photo being shown appeard to be 2-6ct. bags)
Things to keep in mind about these french rolls from my experience:
1. The expiration date on the french rolls can come quickly for a household (hence why I highly recommend freezing them immediately using FREEZER-grade Ziploc bags), whereas if you're a small business, keep good controls on your inventory and adjust your Club Pickup orders accordingly.
2. They are not cut perfectly even. Not a big deal to me and my household, especially not for under $0.35 per roll, but it may trouble some.
3.
