Lately, I had been noticing an off smell with the bread I used to buy, so I decided to switch. I tried several brands but finally found one I’m happy with in Schmidt Old Tyme Premium Butter Bread. It is fresh, soft, and has a great texture. It also smells good, which was important to me. This has become my new favorite bread. I use it regularly and would definitely recommend it.

My bread turned blue around the edges of the whole middle-center!! In two days?? Mold! I was disappointed! wasted money!! All week, no bread!! Because I had to throw it away!!

The bread has a “mealy” texture to it. I ordered 2 at different times and they were both like that.
