Celiac here- this box is mediocre. Not great not bad. For anyone considering it as a gift. It’s eh. Maybe for a college care package but not for an adult. I’d rather have chocolate or GF baked goods from a local gluten free bakery than this as a gift. It’s likely be cheaper. As a customer I’d prefer more kind or nature valley bars. Puffed corn and rice snacks are a dime a dozen.
