Just purchased these tires after much time reading various reviews on the internet. Wanted a tire that would offer all season reliability and still provide good traction on snow and icy road conditions. Here in Colorado they do a great job clearing the roads, but I often leave early in the mornings and it can be dangerous. We had our first snow of the season about two weeks after having these installed, and they were fantastic. They tracked extremely well in about 4" of fresh, wet snow. I never felt out of control of my vehicle. This is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased these tires.

This is our second set of LTX M/S tires for our E350 van. Fortunately we like them...as there aren't other options. The first set lasted approximately 65K miles, and through at least a couple of screw/nail patches in the tread in several of the tires. We did make sure to rotate them every time we had the oil changed which more than likely prolonged the life of them. (Imagine that, following the mfg instructions!) Hopefully this set will last us for another 4-5 years as well!

I've been a michelin buyer for over 40 years and these are by far the best tires I've ever had. They came new on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline and they now have 79,125 miles on them and I just ordered a replacement set and I hope to get the same mileage out of the next ones. Great job Michelin

Sometimes it takes awhile to realize there are products that paying alittle extra for up front return far greater value AND performance over the long term. Michelin LTX M/S - LTX M/S2 tires examplify that truth. After several sets of supposedly "quality" 6-ply tires for our Suburban used to pull our Airstream trailer and having a tread separate on the last set while towing at 55 mph on a very not day in northern California, we installed Michelin LTX M/S tires and have nothing but good things to say. First the Michelin tires DO NOT LOSS AIR PRESSURE between our trips like the previous "quality" tires did. Second the Michelin tires are more round AND required minimum wheel weights to balance. Thus the ride quality is far superior to the previous "quality" tires. Third even running the same 75 or 80 psi as done previousily with the other "quality" tires in the rears on the Suburban, the stability of the Michelin's is far superior. Bottom line, I have recommended Michelin to all that will listen in our Airstream group and many are making the switch as I did. FYI we recently purchased an Yukon XL to replace the aged Suburban with over 200,000 miles and had the new LTX M/S2's installed. I've driven on all brands of tires, and the Michelin LTX M/S is one of the strongest, longest lasting tires I've ever had. The first set went 70k, and I was going on a long trip so I thought it was time to replace them. I looked at the tread and it was about half worn! I went on my trip and saved the money and drove another 15k before replacing with the same thing. Cant tell you how many miles the next set got, but I put 50k on them and sold the truck. They might still be on there as far as these babys go! My Tahoe is getting due for tires and I know what is going on! MIchelin LTX M/S

I've been running Michelin LTX M/S on my '89 F150 for over 15 years now and have had zero problems with them. I just put on my third set and actually ran the last ones a bit too long. Even though they were severely sun damaged and had little tread left, I had no problems with them on the road regardless of running with a load, trailer, or empty. I wouldn't want to run any other brand of tire. You may be able to buy a cheaper tire, but there is no other tire that will give you this kind of performance and reliability. After working in a tire store for many years, I only want to buy Michelin products! I've seen too many issues with other brands to take a chance on saving a few bucks.

On my last set of MS tires I did have one tire that seemed to growl when it was on the right front where I guess I could hear it better. Thinking the noice was a wheel bearing, I had asked the service technician to check the bearing but he said it was the tire.

Got a good price on these tires over the phone. Salesman switched me to a house brand. We could not get the vibration balanced out after 3 times including a "road force" balance. I insisted he take them off and give me the Michelins for which I originally asked. We installed the Michelins and with one or two tiny weights, instead of all the heavy ones on all the wheels, I have the smoothest ride anyone could ask for. It made me remember the words of a friend who was a service advisor for a car dealer who told people with balance problems, "do yourself a favor and let me sell you some Michelins. In every case it solved the problem. I will ONLY use Michelins!

Ran these tires on our 3/4 ton pickup towing our 5th wheel trailer for 7 years. In that time we never had any issues with these tires. They ran great in the rain and in the 100+ degree days we have in the summer. I just replaced them with an identical set.

Knew what to expect. Went with what came on vehicle and I am glad I did. Quiet ride and and makes vehicle handle great. Without a doubt, Michelin makes the best tire. May be less expensive tire available, but you will not be sorry for choosing Michelin.
