LTX M/S for my trucks are the best

I have found that over the years that the Michelin LTX M/S has been the best tires for my pickup trucks and my SUV. I average 35,000 to 40,000 miles a year on each of 3 pickup trucks and need a tire I can feel confidante in to give me good tread life, a smooth ride and good traction in bad weather. I have tried other brands of tires over the years but I like the Michelin the best for the long haul.. And yes I have friends that now like that tire also.

Best tire I've purchased ...

Best tire I've purchased for a full size pickup. As soon as the stock tires were worn enough to replace,I purchased Michelin. Ride ,control and stability are vastly improved. Current milage 65,000 and still plenty of tread. I estimate 80,000 miles + on this set before replacement. (based on wear to date)

Quiet, excellent wet and dry traction, excellent directional control and braking. My LTX/MS tires have an aggressive and robust look that complement my Ford F150 truck. My wife told me the truck seemed to be easier for her to handle with these tires.I would highly recommend these tires.I have Michelin tires on my Honda CRV ,my Dodge Intrepid R/T and my Dodge Caravan .I recommend these tires to friends and family members alike.

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 club cab and still have the original tires on it. I have been rotating them as well as replacing them for winter driving with a more aggressive winter tire. I am truly impressed with the tread wear as it seems I will have many more years to keep these tires for my truck. I have 113,500 miles on my truck with approx. 75,000 on these tires. I am also impressed that there are no signs of weathering or checking in the sidewalls. Great job on the compounds used and or the quality of the rubber.

I wouldn't buy anything else!

I have been running Michelin LTX M/S tires since the purchase of my first 4Runner in 1998. They are quite, hug the road in all weather conditions, long lasting and smooth driving. They are without a doubt the best tire I have ever run. I won't buy anything else.

After driving on Michelin ...

After driving on Michelin LTXs for the past 12 years I can honestly say that no other tire comes close in wear, durability, traction, comfort, and minimal road noise. One time, I switched to a competitor's tire because it was rated higher in braking and in wet traction. That competitor's tire was rated for 60,000 miles and at 25,000 miles they had to be replaced due to wear. I have consistently gotten 60,000 miles out of a set of Michelin LTX's with rotations and balancing every 6,000-9,000 miles. There is no other tire manufacturer making a tire that is comparable to the LTX in longevity. The only area the LTX is slightly weak would be in muddy conditions, although driving in muddy condition is not an everyday occurrence. I will continue to buy Michelin LTX tires "because so much is riding on my tires". Thank you for making a superior product.

Excellent

Best tire brand ever. I've purchased at least 5 sets over the years. It started when I couldn't get the vibration out one of my trucks, my tire guy said try Michelin tires. That solved the issue and I got 90000 miles out of that set. It's the only tire I'll ever buy for safety and peace of mind.

Best tires yet

Can't complain one bit. My 2009 Ridgeline came with the LTX/MS tires and I'm just creasing 55,000 miles. They show little wear. Rotation and pressure are key to long life as well as sane driving habits. They have a smooth ride and great handling under load. I have Michellins installed on all my cars and wouldn't put any other tire brand on them. Good job Michellin!

After 63,000 miles, I'm ready buy again.

We are a retired couple. Traveling with our GMC 3500 Truck Camper with a gross weight of 12,400 lbs. Have traveled 63,000 miles on our existing LTX M/S 225 85 16 E feeling safe and trouble free. Going to purchase 6 more by November. When we Leave for Florida. Best tire we have ever purchased for the cost. If we where to change anything it would be the same tire with a higher capacity such as 235/75/16 if it would fit our rims. Please advise
