I purchased these tires for my Tahoe in 2016 because they came highly recommended. I've really liked their performance over these years with the gentle driving I do, mostly city -short distance to work, errands, and one trip to Colorado. However, I've only driven 38,000 miles thus far and am being told I need to replace due to tread wear. I understand the recommended replacement time period, but it seems the tread should have lasted longer than this. Am I missing something?

97,000 km on these tires still have wear enough if summer was coming, extremely quiet on highway, I tow a 10,000 lb fifth wheel all summer, I'm never concerned about my tires. 80lbs of air when I'm towing and releave the tire pressure when not towing for a smoother ride when empty to 50 lbs. Still enough for a short haul.

These are the best tires I have ever owned. They are my second set and I plan on putting a set of Michelins on my wife's Honda CR-V next month. As far as use, I am a licensed Private Investigator and basically follow people for a living. I drive approximately 30,000 miles a year and many of these miles I am forced to drive faster and harder than I normally would under regular conditions and these tires handle well and have never failed me. Lastly, we own 3 vehicles and I check the tire pressure once a month on all three and I rarely have to add air.

My Honda Ridgeline came with Michelin LTX/MS on them from the factory. After almost 66K miles they were still passing inspection. These are great tires for me and my truck. I just purchased a second set and if I get another 66K miles all is good. The rating was for 60K and we surpassed that. The ride is great and those few times I am off road or in the snow, the perform great. I am one happy customer!

These tires are on our 2005 Class C motorhome. Although we don't put many miles on this vehicle, we have never had a problem with these tires. They are comfortable and give very good control and riding comfort. We had to drive during a period of severe winds and rain for about 5 hours, and we were amazed that we did not suffer any loss of directional stability or traction. Also, these tires appear to be resisting weather checking and any signs of aging. Tread wear is excellent.

I purchase Michelin tires exclusively. I can't think of a better brand of tires for my vehicles. I purchased these LTX series of tires as a replacement for the cross terrains that you no longer make. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent ride and handling of the LTX tires. I'm looking forward to many years and thousands of miles of enjoyment from these tires. Like other Michelin tires I have owned I do not anticipate a problem. I would highly recommend the LTX series tires to anyone who owns a large SUV

I put a set of LTX M/S tires on my 1994 chevy pick-up ten years ago. I have plowed snow, towed a camper, towed a boat and towed a dirt bike trailer. The tires have performed great under all of those conditions. They have good traction without being noisey on the highway but the best thing is they wear like iron! The tires have over 100,000 miles and still have 4/32 of tread left. I'm in the process of rebuilding the truck for my son so it looks like its time for a new set of Michelins.

I was traveling and had some time to investigate new tires. I put the agent through a lot of questions and he knew everything about tires and even more about Michelin. He took his time, was able to answer all my questions as well as help me make a great dicision on the tire I chose. I truly love these tires and I am so happy I bought them too. The vehicle rides so well and they have enhanced the drive in rain and snow as well. I will be purchasing another set when that time comes and with all the dog rescue transports I do, that might be pretty soon! Thank you for making a great tire that I feel safe with.

I just put these on my 2017 Tacoma TRD off road 4x4 and so far, they’re great! Took them on the highway after installing and no noise at 70+ mph. Ride comfort is great. Interested in seeing how they perform in rain as my stock tires didn’t do so well.

Purchased a set of Defender LTX M/S tires for our 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited. Could not be happier! Smooth quiet ride, with very good handling. Recently traveled about 1400 miles over varying types of road surfaces and mountain driving. Felt a lot more comfortable coming down the steep and winding mountain roads that we have traveled many times so very familiar with those roads. Nice looking tires as well. Have not tried rain or snow yet so only rating performance based on dry roads.
