Over the years we've tried other tires that were supposed to be equal to Michelin, but we never got the wear out of them like we should. We had our first set of Michelins on our minivan and now are on our second set on our full size E-150. Nothing wears as well. Have considered trying others again, but we know what we get in Michelins - long wear and quality. We're customers for life.

2015 F-150 XLT SuperCab. Photos are of the tires 4 years and 80,250 miles later. Rotated them with every other oil change. They would probably go another 10,000! Driven in snow, heavy rain, construction sites, and have pulled trailers. Even wear, quiet, and great in rain and during quick braking. Buying another set this week.

I have had 3 sets of Defenders on my 2006 4Runner and I they were great tires for 210,000 miles. I decided to buy a set for my 2018 Grand Cherokee. I made a expensive mistake. They are very loud and very rough riding. They have changed the whole demeaner of my SUV. I have only had them for a week and about 500 miles but I have talked to the dealer about changing tires. He suggested Latitude Touring which was the OEM tire on my Jeep. I only got 29,000 miles out of those. I really need to find a solution. Can I change out for the Premier series? Thanks

I bought 4 tires on 12/11/18 for my Toyota Tacoma. These replaced a set of LTX MS 2 tires that had about 72k miles on them. I have a lot of history with Michelin tires between our two vehicles and I always had great success with them. But this set has really disappointed me so far. I had the tires mounted and balanced and on the way home I experienced a noticeable shudder. I took the truck right back to the dealership and they balanced all 4 tires again but to no avail. Another set of 4 tires were ordered and installed and I still had the problem. The dealer ended up measuring the runout (roundness) of every tire and found two tires from the first set and one from the second set that did not roll true. So, from the eight tires, he found 4 that rolled true and put them on the truck. That took care of the problem. How fortunate I was to have a dealer who was patient and truly interested in giving me a good product. I had to go back to the dealer 4 times to get it right and the dealer had to eat the labor cost for the last 3 trips. I sure hope this is not a sign of how well these tires will perform over the long haul. Really disappointed in Michelin quality control on this one.

I purchased these tires for my Tahoe in 2016 because they came highly recommended. I've really liked their performance over these years with the gentle driving I do, mostly city -short distance to work, errands, and one trip to Colorado. However, I've only driven 38,000 miles thus far and am being told I need to replace due to tread wear. I understand the recommended replacement time period, but it seems the tread should have lasted longer than this. Am I missing something?

Our Michelin LTX M/S are about 3 years old and are showing very little wear. They are great in wet and snowy conditions. I have them on a 1995 Jeep and they are smooth and quiet. When ever the weather is bad we can always rely on the Jeep with the Michelin tires.

I have purchased (2) sets of LTX MS ( l set on a 1990 Jeep cherokee laredo, and on a 1997 grand cherokee laredo. Both sets have been excellent, with the set on 1997 jeep still with more than half the tread after 40,000 miles. I intended on getting these for my wife's 2007 jeep grand cherokee laredo, but unfortunately I couldn't afford them at the time. Also, the tires on the 1997 have been on for 8 years. I have recommended these tires to several of my friends, and I know least three have purchased the LTX MS. These tires are outstanding for all season, long mileage, and quite/smooth ride.

I have a 1998 GMC Suburban. After I wore out the factory tires at @ 25,000 miles that came on this vehicle when I bought it new. I then decided to get Michelins, from past experience. I have over 180,000 miles on my truck. I am on my second set of Michelins and still going strong. I get a consistent 70,000 to 75,000+ on these tires. You do get what you pay for absolutely. After driving on Michelin LTXs for the past 12 years I can honestly say that no other tire comes close in wear, durability, traction, comfort, and minimal road noise. One time, I switched to a competitor's tire because it was rated higher in braking and in wet traction. That competitor's tire was rated for 60,000 miles and at 25,000 miles they had to be replaced due to wear. I have consistently gotten 60,000 miles out of a set of Michelin LTX's with rotations and balancing every 6,000-9,000 miles. There is no other tire manufacturer making a tire that is comparable to the LTX in longevity. The only area the LTX is slightly weak would be in muddy conditions, although driving in muddy condition is not an everyday occurrence. I will continue to buy Michelin LTX tires "because so much is riding on my tires". Thank you for making a superior product.

I have purchased Michelin Tires since the 1970's, everytime I have thought... hmmm, wonder if there is a better tire and purchased another brand... I paid for it up the b.... I'm reading all the bad reviews, so I will set a baseline here & now. I will definetly be back if these tires don't live up to the warranty. But, I can say all my Michelin Tires from the past exceded the warranty, my other car, a Celica, the Michelins have out lasted the warranty. The ride for the last 6 days have been very nice so far, just like always.
