Perfect fit for my nearly 90-year-old mom whose usage mainly consists of email, web browsing, and Word. She had an old laptop that she never used as a laptop. This has a bigger screen for much less cost and is much faster. I was happy to see that HP now has very little preinstalled "bloatware" that I needed to remove before giving to her.

It's great! Behaves exactly as it should. I do not mind at all that there is no roaring computer tower behind my back making all kinds of noise until I shut it down. The ONLY downside is the warranty....basically non-existant. I bought this computer 3 weeks ago. The two-year warranty has already expired :-( Apparently, the warranty clock starts ticking the day it leaves HP manufacturer, not the day it is sold to one of us. On the other hand, I've never bought a computer that went bad in the first two years, so it's nothing to stress about, really.

This is the second HP I have owned. My first one lasted 13 years and I would not have gotten a new one but it was beginning to show show signs of its age. The setup was so easy and caused me NO anxiety. Thank you HP for making a reliable product.

purchased item(PC) when my "old" PC kind of giving up, Old PC, 10 years old, still "hanging" in a little. New PC will be used as soon my "old" PC is done, will keep using till the End.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED.....NO TOUCH SCREEN. PERFECT FOR AN AGED PARKINSONS PATIENT.

I like my new HP computor all in one. The only thing i dont like is the fact that i cant create my shortcuts because of windows 11, but its ok.

Bought this for my Sister who is Technologically challenged. She is able to do what she needs to do on this Desktop. Wish it had a Disk player. Seems like PC's don't have them anymore?! Screen is good quality.

Works well so far except it came with a defective speaker port (per their technical analysis) and my external speakers can not be used.

Will not work with my Epson Workforce WF-2930 printer, either with wifi wireless, and not with the cord plugged into the printer either. Installer tried for almost 2 hours to get the desktop to recognize and work with the printer (they tried everything) Printer works with cell phone and my current HP All in One desktop. Looked on line and saw many posts regarding this problem trying to get this to work with Epson printers and many others with same problem.Now I will be returning it, what a letdown.
