We bought this last month and, although it was delayed due to weather, we received it within a couple of weeks. The seat is rather large and is slanted so you can't sit on it when it is down. But the remote is a nice option - easier than reaching for buttons. We love it!

This bidet works very well. It was easy to hook up and the remote is great.

This is a good solid unit. Our second one, a replacement for a unit that several years old, and it held up extremely well.

For many years I have been wanting a bedet type of device for my toilet but put it off because I thought they were too expensive and not really necessary. I saw this on line at Sam’s last month and said to myself go ahead and try it. I am glad I did buy it! It looks a little odd on top of the toilet base but it works good. You can still use the toilet as you normally would but if you want an enjoyable cleaning experience in your personal area, you can use the bedet. This unit comes with a easy to use remote with a holder you can put on the wall next to your toilet. When you want to use the bedet, just lift the remote and choose what settings you want and enjoy. The bedet toilet top comes with most every thing you need to hook it but the operating instructions do not match the remote device exactly but close enough and with the almost self explaining face on the remote, it is a breeze to use.

Looks great, good remote, comfortable seat, but started leaking internally soon after I installed it. This is when I discovered that the manufacturer's customer service email bounces - and is the only contact method in the manual. So, returned this seat and got myself a proper Toto. You save a little bit of money upfront, and you get lots of trouble if something goes wrong. At least Sam's Club accepted the return!
